Returns & Exchange Policy
At Evibe, we strive to provide the highest quality denim. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and business reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Items that have been washed or worn.
Items without original tags.
Customized products or items marked as "Final Sale."
Product Variation: Please note that denim washes and colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your monitor settings. These minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
2. The Process
How to place an return?
Select a method Go to My orders -> Order Details -> Return
Submit return request
Submit the reason
Submit Product Images and Unboxing Video.
Product pickup
The product will be picked up only if it is found to be in original condition with tags and packaging
Return
Refund will be initiated after the product is received and verified by us
The full amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 100 for shipping charges.
No refund shall be issued in case the product is not found in its original condition with tags and packaging
3. Refunds
Criteria: Refunds are only processed if the product meets the quality check upon return. We accept refund requests for:
Mismatch in size, color, or design.
Manufacturing defects.
Missing or damaged items in a combo/bulk order.
Timeline: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
